We just had a meal here, good service, food and welcome.
The 5 of us had the special menu for £11.95 which included a starter, main, side and sundry.
Great price and very tasty and satisfying.

Be careful they charged me twice last week on my card and there excuse was its happened before not acceptable put me off going now .I had to wait over 20 minutes for a refund when called back in bad customer service need to work on there approach to customers as can be abrupt on the phone

We visited the Sultan on Wed 6th Nov 2023 and could not fault the service or food.
Nothing was too much bother, the gentleman that served us was friendly and helpful.
Food was delicious, we would definitely recommend and if we are back in Llanelli we will go back.

Ordered on deliveroo.
Really disapointing.I had kingprawn vindaloo and they were not king prawns and extremely chewy and inedible(more like chewy shrimp.)Vindaloo had a very very odd taste to it.Popadums were quite soft,and i also did not get my chutney tray whatsoever.Also the chilli nan had no flavour.Most will go in bin.
I am in temp accomodation and wanted something nice to eat and at £42 i am so upset!!
A good will gesture for tonights poor food would be much appreciated.

I enjoyed the heat from thier hot curry. 7/10 for flavour. Next visit they should concentrate on gourmet Indian cuisine to improve the flavours. Really enjoyed this best to offer in Llanelli thakyou. Will definitely return on next buisness trip...

Great place, staff helpful they helped us in with wheelchair and then put it out of the way until we were ready to leave. Food was lovely, large portions couldn't eat it all.

Extremely pleased with my visit to the Sultan. Both my partner and I were made to feel so welcome. Service was exceptional and the food is in my opinion was the most authentic and nicest Indian food I've ever eaten. Will definitely be returning again for a meal and even take advantage of their take away service. Havent stopped talking to my friends and family about my meal. Would highly recommend to all

Worse Indian takeaway I’ve had
Mixed kebab came in a nan bread packet folded in half I opened it I couldn’t believe my eyes 4 bits of chicken 3 bits of lamb some mixed onions that was it £8.95 for that.
Wife’s korma like p!ss not good at all
Spicy chips been warmed and reheated easy 3 or 4 times..
Pilau rice was ok same as the Bhajis but an awful experience won’t be using the sultan any time soon..

Just had a take away here with my wife and i and the food was dire to say the least, spent around 45 quid and we threw the lot in the bin after just trying the starters. Avoid this place like the plauge.............. absolutely disgusting. Close the building down and give up cooking , for all the people who have giving a mid to high star rating i must say your opinion on good quality food is completely and utterly misleading .
The only reason this place has a one star rating is that it doesn't give you the option to give it a zero.

Food wasn't 5 star but it was really good at a decent price, beer was expensive though. Nobody else was in here, and the service was borderline rude. Felt like I inconvenienced them just by being thwre

Food and service were exceptional. Facilities need a make over desparatly. Sitting on broken chairs and the stair to the toilet are waiting for an accident to happen. Owners need to take action. Shame as this could be first class

Absolutely delicious curry both nights I went. Suhel the manager was very friendly and on the second night recommended me a curry, it was one of the nicest curry’s I’d ever eaten. Would 100% go back there.
